So if a client wants a short-term agreement, or needs to scale resources up or down in the middle of contract, it is not a problem for us. We also purposefully hire our MRs on a contractual rather than permanent basis to maintain lower overhead costs, and then we pass those savings along to our clients. We will never be knowingly undersold.
