Paul Mignon leads Selling Solutions, a subdivision of inVentiv Commercial that encompasses all of the companies that relate to sales teams and sales support services including: Ventiv Sales and Marketing Teams, Total Data Solutions, MedConference, Blue Diesel, Promotech, PRS Franklin companies, Ventiv Recruitment Services, inVentiv Resource Solutions, Commercial Canada division, Professional Development Group as well as the supporting Business Development team.
In his current role, Mr. Mignon is responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive, customized selling solutions that support many of the major pharmaceutical firms, as well as effectively delivering cross-selling and integrated solutions to clients that include services across the broader inVentiv organization.
Mr. Mignon joined inVentiv in 2002 when he assumed the leadership role for the sales organization. Since that time, he has expanded the active client roster and significantly diversified their service portfolio. As a consultative business partner, Mr. Mignon has strengthened and stabilized client relationships by providing innovative products and services to meet the challenges of the dynamic pharmaceutical market place.
Mr. Mignon's depth of experience is built on a successful 14-year career with Johnson & Johnson. During his tenure, he was recognized for many significant accomplishments while holding various leadership roles within the J & J Family of Companies, including National Sales Director, Sales Training Director, Product Director and Division Manager.
Mr. Mignon is a graduate of Lafayette College where he received his B.A. in History. He is a member of the editorial board for PM360 and serves on the Board of Directors for the Cancer Institute of New Jersey.

Brad Patten
Senior Vice President
Business Development

Brad Patten is Senior Vice President of Business Development, inVentiv Commercial, which includes the Selling Solutions and Advance Insights divisions. Mr. Patten joined inVentiv in 1998 and has provided great leadership to the organization in various roles, including National Business Director, Director of Sales Training and Management Development, Sr. Director of Recruiting Services and Operations, Executive Director of Managed Markets and Business Development, and Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Business Development.
Mr. Patten brings additional expertise in the areas of marketing, having functioned as Vice President of Oncology Marketing for Zeneca, where he was responsible for all aspects of the strategic planning, promotion, and management of a diversified oncology portfolio. His product commercialization experience and in-depth knowledge of the clinical and regulatory processes have been essential to the successful launch of multiple products by the Ventiv Sales and Marketing Teams on behalf of their client-partners.
Mr. Patten has also held several senior sales leaderships positions with Zeneca, as well as with Stuart Pharmaceuticals and ICI Pharma. His career in the pharmaceutical industry has spanned the therapeutic areas of cardiology, oncology, CNS, anti-infectives, gastroenterology, anesthesiology and pain management. He attended Upsala College in New Jersey, where he earned a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.

Kelly Gratz
Group President, Selling Accelerators
inVentiv Selling Solutions
As Group President, Selling Accelerators, Kelly Gratz leads the development and execution of all non-personal and virtual promotion products and services for inVentiv Selling Solutions. In this role, Ms. Gratz oversees Blue Diesel, Medconference, Promotech/PRS and the company's sales force automation (SFA) capability.
Ms. Gratz has more than 20 years of experience in technology, healthcare and financial services. Before taking on her current role, she served as President of Blue Diesel, a leading provider of interactive solutions. Under her leadership, Blue Diesel grew its revenues by 240%, established client relationships with many of the industry's top pharmaceutical companies, opened a second office in the Philadelphia area, and gained recognition as one of the top interactive communications firms in the healthcare industry.
Prior to Blue Diesel, Ms. Gratz oversaw the professional services teams at Symix Systems of North America for three different software products. While at Symix, she developed an innovative professional services team to support a new product launch, which reduced overall implementation time and increased quality of results. Prior to Symix, she spent over 10 years with Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting group in Columbus, supporting E&Y’s Fortune 500 strategic initiatives.
In 2008, Ms Gratz received the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Rising Star Award in recognition of her leadership and professional accomplishments. Ms. Gratz holds a B.S. in Marketing from The University of Dayton.

Bob Vogel
Executive Vice President, Operational Effectiveness
inVentiv Selling Solutions
As Executive Vice President, Operational Effectiveness for inVentiv Selling Solutions, Bob Vogel leads the integrated cross-functional Account Services Group that includes Sales Teams, Client Services, Recruiting, Contracting and Fleet Services.
Prior to his new appointment, Mr. Vogel served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Ventiv Recruitment Services. In this role, he led the Ventiv Recruitment Team of experts in the development of customized staffing solutions that delivered “on profile and on time” professionals committed to overachieving our customers expectations.
Mr. Vogel has 26 years of pharmaceuticals sales, marketing and sales operations experience. Before joining inVentiv he served as Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations at NPS Pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Vogel began his Pharmaceutical career as a sales representative at Searle Pharmaceuticals. Before joining NPS, Mr. Vogel was at Sanofi-Aventis where he held a variety of responsibilities including VP of Metabolism Sales, VP Respiratory Sales and VP Business Performance Improvement.
Mr. Vogel earned his B.S. at Ball State University and his MBA at Lake Forest School of Management. He holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Maggie Helmig
Sr. Vice President, Business Development

Maggie Helmig is Senior Vice President of Business Development, inVentiv Commercial, which includes the Selling Solutions and Advance Insights divisions. Ms. Helmig joined inVentiv in 2009 and brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales and business development, working with leading large pharmaceutical clients. Her extensive experience on both the client and agency sides, combined with her public health education, enables her to bring a unique perspective of the healthcare landscape to address clients evolving business needs.
In her former post as President at Eden Communications, Ms. Helmig strategically counseled client teams and led business development efforts in physician and patient education, population-specific consumer marketing campaigns, and managed markets programming. Prior to Eden, she served as Senior Vice President, Business Development for Harrison Wilson & Associates, a medical education and advertising agency, where she was responsible for managing medical education business units and new business teams. Previously, Ms. Helmig worked for sixteen years at Ciba Pharmaceuticals starting as a sales rep, and moved through positions of increasing responsibility to her last position as Executive Director of Advertising and member of the Marketing Management Committee.
Ms. Helmig earned a B.A. Political Science, History from Drew University and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Health from UMDNJ, with expected completion in 2009. Ms. Helmig is a Member of American Public Health Association (APHA), Society of Public Health Educators (SOPHE) and an Executive Committee: Chair, Strategic Planning Committee for New Jersey Society of Public Health Educators (NJSOPHE).

Pete Marchesini

With more than 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry, Peter Marchesini joined inVentiv Health in November 2002 as Executive Director, Specialty Sales Group. Mr. Marchesini worked with a team of National Business Directors responsible for 16 clients. For over two years, he has taken on the role of Chief Learning Officer of inVentiv Health, overseeing inVentiv's Client Training & Development, Professional Development Group, and Corporate Training & Development.
Prior to inVentiv, Mr. Marchesini was the National Sales Director and Regional Medical Manager with Noven Pharmaceuticals, where he led a team that established and trained Noven's first sales force.
Mr. Marchesini earned a B.S from San Diego State University. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Certified Medical Representative Institute and was part of a team of training professionals associated with the American Red Cross Training Advisory Board. Mr. Marchesini has participated in panels and workshops for the Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (SPBT), Pharmaceutical Executive Sales and Marketing Summit, and CBI's Pharmaceutical Training Summit.

Joy Morrell
Senior Vice President and Managing Director

As Senior Vice President, Managing Director of The Therapeutics Institute (TTI), Joy Morrell is responsible for the strategic vision and oversight of TTI, a company that provides dedicated teams of medical science liaisons and clinical educators to create and expand market opportunities and achieve business objectives for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
As a leader with strong clinical skills combined with vast business acumen, Ms. Morrell successfully has launched 28 educational programs. She has extensive experience with the compliance and OIG requirements that are needed to guide these programs. She also has an extensive background in nursing, including leadership and teaching experience in critical care, cardiovascular, public health and emergency medicine. Ms. Morrell previously worked in public health nursing, where she created the first integrated public health service system for women and children in the state of Vermont. The system later became a model for other states. Ms. Morrell also held various leadership positions for such companies as Roche, Fujisawa, Aprex and Innovex. During this time, she enjoyed a successful and progressive sales career, built the first medical science liaison and clinical teams for Innovex, and pioneered a patient compliance program for Aprex.
Ms. Morrell's unique blend of clinical and pharmaceutical experience led to the creation of her own business called Loomis Samson, where she provided clinical support and patient education for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis. Loomis Samson was integrated into The Therapeutics Institute in 2004 to enhance the breadth of offered services.

Tom Dimke
Senior Vice President, International Sales Solutions
inVentiv Selling Solutions
Tom Dimke is Senior Vice President of International Sales Solutionsin the inVentiv Selling Solutions division. Mr. Dimke has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. He oversees Selling Solutions' operations and services outside the United States. His primary focus has been on management and growth of inVentiv Japan, a Selling Solutions operation in Tokyo that was established in 2009.
Mr. Dimke joined inVentiv in 2007.Prior to joining inVentiv, he held a variety senior sales leadership positions at Cardinal Health. Before Cardinal Health, Mr. Dimke was a Principal/Partner at Raymond Karsan Associates, one of the fastest growing human resource companies. He also held various Sales Director responsibilities at Innovex and Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals. Prior to transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Dimke worked at a leading university teaching hospital in Vermont, holding various responsibilities in hospital management and administration.
Mr. Dimke earned a M.S in Management and Administration from Saint Michael’s College, Vermont and a B.A. from the University of Vermont. He has received numerous awards and recognition including the Chairman’s Over Performance Award, and the National Circle of Excellence Award for Leadership.
