Christopher L. Crucitti

Christopher L. Crucitti brings over 10 years experience in the clinical research business. He is responsible for leading global sales, marketing and business development efforts to drive revenue growth for the company. His skills and responsibilities have spanned operations/project management, global sales team management, corporate marketing, global proposal development and budgeting, client contracts and training. He has extensive experience in a wide range of market segments to include imaging, resourcing, consulting and clinical drug development services.
Prior to joining inVentiv Clinical Solutions, Mr. Crucitti supported business development for i3 Research, with escalating levels of responsibility, ultimately leading a North America team. Prior to that, he was responsible for business development at Medifacts International, a cardiovascular-focused CRO and core laboratory.
Mr. Crucitti holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and Cardiac Rehabilitation from Ithaca College and an M.S. in Health Management from American University.

Ray Sherwood

As Chief Operating Officer, Ray Sherwood leads the Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, and Application Development groups of inVentiv Clinical.
Mr. Sherwood brings more than 15 years of financial and operations management experience to inVentiv Clinical from many industries, including medical diagnostics manufacturing, med-surge and hospital products manufacturing, hospital laboratory products distribution, and consumer and industrial products manufacturing.
Mr. Sherwood received his B.A. in Economics from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.

Earl Webb Henry, MD
Chief Medical Officer

As Chief Medical Officer at inVentiv Clinical, Dr. Earl Henry has management responsibility for medical writing, drug safety and quality assurance activities.
Dr. Henry has more than 25 years of experience in medical oversight of clinical trials, including a distinguished tenure in medical management and oversight in the pharmaceutical industry.
Dr. Henry received his M.D. from the University of Chicago and trained in neurology/neuropathology at Harvard Medical School, where he remained on the faculty with bench research, teaching and clinical activities. He is also widely published in several reputable general science and neuroscience journals.

Jeffery Fetterman
President
ParagonRx
Jeff Fetterman is President of ParagonRx a company serving pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries by designing, implementing, and continuously improving programs that guide appropriate use of medications and medical products. As co-author of two pharmaceutical risk management books and consultant for numerous risk management programs, he is helping to pioneer this emerging field in our industry. Having led the pre-startup safety assessment of the only nuclear reactor to be renovated following deactivation, Mr. Fetterman is familiar with the cross-industry implications of risk management techniques.
In previous work, he co-founded Empower Health, a business that integrated tools and services to improve clinical health outcomes of people with chronic illness. Mr. Fetterman has extensive pharmaceutical industry experience, having led marketing, medical education, strategic planning, and business development organizations at DuPont Pharmaceuticals and DuPont Consumer Health.
Mr. Fetterman holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from LeHigh University and a M.B.A. from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Thomas A. Hanley, Jr.

Thomas Hanley leads the permanent placement business, Smith Hanley Associates, within the inVentiv Clinical division of inVentiv Health.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Hanley was President and CEO of the Smith Hanley Companies, which was acquired by inVentiv Health in October 2004. He co-founded Smith Hanley Associates, Inc., in 1980, developed the firm's Consulting Group in 1995, and acquired MedFocus in 2000. The client base for these firms includes the top pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms in the United States.
Mr. Hanley received a B.S. in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and completed the course work for an M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Concurrent with the creation of Smith Hanley, he attended New York Law School, graduating cum laude with his J.D. degree.
