Blane Walter
Chief Executive Officer
inVentiv Health
Blane Walter was named CEO of inVentiv Health in May 2008, with responsibility for providing the strategic vision for the company, overseeing the four major operating divisions, and developing integrated solutions to meet client needs. Mr. Walter's previous positions at the company included serving as President of inVentiv Health and as President and CEO of the inVentiv Communications division.
Mr. Walter also served as Chairman and CEO of inChord Communications, Inc. prior to its acquisition by inVentiv Health in October 2005. Mr. Walter joined inChord (then known as Gerbig, Snell/Weisheimer & Associates) as an Account Manager in 1994. In 1996, he became a partner and later purchased the company in 2000. Under his direction, inChord became the largest privately-held healthcare communication company in the world, working with 16 of the world's top 20 healthcare companies and serving clients around the world through a global network with offices in 13 countries.
Prior to joining inChord, Mr. Walter worked as a Financial Analyst in New York City for Smith Barney in mergers and acquisitions.
He holds a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from Boston College.

David Bassin, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
inVentiv Health
David Bassin is the CFO for inVentiv Health, Inc. He has been a leader in the organization for nearly 10 years in a variety of financial and strategic roles.
Most recently, Mr. Bassin was CFO and COO for inVentiv Commercial, responsible for providing financial, strategic and operational management for all of the inVentiv Commercial divisions. He oversaw accounting/finance, information technology, fleet and the strategic development for the operations. In addition, Mr. Bassin led the financial due diligence and integration for newly acquired subsidiaries within the division and the insurance/risk management for the organization.
After a career as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen, Mr. Bassin entered the pharmaceutical sales and marketing industry in 1998 as the Business and Financial Strategies Group Manager for Snyder Communications, a former parent company to inVentiv Health. He was responsible for post-acquisition integrations of subsidiaries that provided sales force, clinical research assistance and other marketing services to pharmaceutical companies in Europe. After assisting with investor relations and securing financing for the spin-off of inVentiv Health from Snyder Communications, Mr. Bassin led the financial planning and analysis group in the preparation of company-wide budgets, forecast and statistics for quarterly reports. He also acted as the Financial Director, performing financial modeling of partnerships for pharmaceutical and biotech products in late-stage development prior to his present role.
Mr. Bassin earned a B.A. in Economics and Business from Lafayette College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Eric Sirota
President
inVentiv Commercial Services
As President of inVentiv Commercial Services, Eric Sirota oversees the inVentiv Selling Solutions and inVentiv Advance Insights. His primary role is to lead the organization in developing new strategies to address the critical need in the pharmaceutical industry for integrated analytics, sales and marketing solutions that enhance brand revenue, drive efficiencies and lower costs.
Mr. Sirota joins inVentiv following a successful 20-year career at Pfizer where he held a progressive series of senior-level roles, most recently serving as Vice President of U.S. Marketing, Commercial Strategy and Innovation, and Regional Sales within the Powers business unit.
While at Pfizer, Mr. Sirota provided commercial leadership on products in 12 major therapeutic categories in both U.S. and global markets. Over a four year period beginning in 2003, he successively led the marketing for four of the five Pfizer U.S. therapeutic clusters, with sales ranging from $2.3 to $5.2 billion. In addition, Mr. Sirota was the first U.S. business unit Vice President at Pfizer to take on a unified role leading both marketing and sales. He also created a Commercial Strategy group within the Powers business unit to spearhead business and sales innovation, and led the development and execution of the first Pfizer "New Commercial Model" pilot designed to test different approaches to enhance customer engagement.
Mr. Sirota earned a B.S. from Rutgers College of Pharmacy, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The Wharton School.

Michael Hlinak
President and Chief Executive Officer
inVentiv Clinical
Michael Hlinak has more than 20 years of financial and operations management experience in both publicly and privately owned organizations, including staffing, telecommunications, real estate development, and management, retail, and medical. As President and CEO of inVentiv Clinical Solutions, he leads the clinical development outsourced services business (inVentiv Clinical Solutions) as well as the clinical staffing groups (MedFocus and Smith Hanley Consulting Group).
Mr. Hlinak took the reins of inVentiv Clinical Solutions after inVentiv Health's acquisition of Smith Hanley, an industry leading permanent executive placement and contract staffing firm. At Smith Hanley, he held the position of CFO, overseeing all financial aspects of the business and responsible for pursuing corporate development opportunities. Before Smith Hanley, Mr. Hlinak held senior financial positions at Work International Corporation, Equal Net and Cardinal Interests.
Mr. Hlinak received a B.S. in Business Administration from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and completed MBA coursework at the University of Houston. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

William O'Donnell
President and COO
inVentiv Communications
As President and COO of inVentiv Communications, Mr. O'Donnell is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of inVentiv Communications and the 13 fully integrated companies within the division. He also oversees client relationships, new business activities and the division's operational backbone that includes the accounting/finance, human resources, marketing communications and technology departments.
Prior to joining inVentiv Communications (then known as inChord) in 2001, Mr. O'Donnell was Chief Financial Officer for Bank One's Retail Customer and Channel Group (now JPMorgan Chase). In this role, he led a team of finance and accounting professionals to provide decision support, financial reporting and analysis, financial control and strategic and capital planning for a business unit management team. During Mr. O'Donnell's 17 years with Bank One, he held a number of other positions, including CFO of the Business Banking Group, where he was responsible for the financial management of the small business unit. He was also corporate finance liaison, where he acted as the liaison between the Retail line of business CFO and CEO and the Banc One Corporation CFO and COO.
Mr. O'Donnell holds B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Miami University and an M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. He also completed the Executive Development Program at Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

Paul Mignon
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Mignon successfully leads inVentiv Selling Solutions, the largest division of inVentiv encompassing all of the companies that relate to sales teams and sales support services including: Ventiv Sales and Marketing Teams, Total Data Solutions, MedConference, Blue Diesel, PROMOTECH, PRS Franklin companies, Ventiv Recruitment Services, inVentiv Resource Solutions, Ventiv Professional Development Group as well as the supporting Business Development team.
In his current role, Mr. Mignon is responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive, customized selling solutions that support many of the major pharmaceutical firms, as well as effectively delivering cross-selling and integrated solutions to clients that include services across the broader inVentiv organization.
Mr. Mignon joined inVentiv in 2002 when he assumed the leadership role for the sales organization. Since that time, he has expanded the active client roster and significantly diversified their service portfolio. As a consultative business partner, Mr. Mignon has strengthened and stabilized client relationships by providing innovative products and services to meet the challenges of the dynamic pharmaceutical market place.
Mr. Mignon's depth of experience is built on a successful 14-year career with Johnson & Johnson. During his tenure, he was recognized for many significant accomplishments while holding various leadership roles within the J & J Family of Companies, including National Sales Director, Sales Training Director, Product Director and Division Manager.
Mr. Mignon is a graduate of Lafayette College where he received his B.A. in History. He is a member of the editorial board for Product Management Today and serves on the Board of Directors for the Cancer Institute of New Jersey.

Norman Stalsberg
President
inVentiv Advance Insights
As President of inVentiv Advance Insights, Norman Stalsberg oversees the division within inVentiv Commercial that provides consulting, commercialization planning, research and data analytics to healthcare clients. Prior to this role, Mr. Stalsberg was President of CHS.
Mr. Stalsberg has more than 20 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical and information services industries. His expertise includes new product and services development; strategic, market, and sales planning for in-line and pre-launch products/services; and market research. Brand Management experience includes developing and implementing the launch of MMD/SBCH's first major G.I. line extension.
He formerly served as Vice President/General Manager, Consumer Products Group, for NDC Health Information Services and as Marketing Director in their Pharmaceutical Information Services division.
Mr. Stalsberg holds a B.S. from Occidental College.

Dan Rubin
President
inVentiv Patient Outcomes
Dan Rubin is President of inVentiv Patient Outcomes, with responsibility for providing strategic direction for the division and overseeing all of its business units. Before being promoted, Mr. Rubin co-founded and served as CEO of Adheris, which was acquired by inVentiv in 2006. Under his direction, Adheris became the largest provider of retail-based patient adherence programs for the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to Adheris, Mr. Rubin led several consulting engagements in the pharmaceutical, retail, high technology, and chemical industries at Corporate Decisions, Inc., a management consulting firm for the pharmaceutical industry. He has also held various management positions, including: National Sales Manager for Dynisco, LLC, a manufacturer of industrial instrumentation; Retail Market Studies Coordinator for Unocal, a major oil company; and Consultant for Motorola, where he led an internal project to evaluate the viability of a new high-tech business venture.
Mr. Rubin holds a M.S. from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
