R. Blane Walter - Director
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Walter was named Chief Executive Officer of inVentiv Health in May 2008, with responsibility for providing the strategic vision for the company, overseeing the four major operating divisions, and developing integrated solutions to meet client needs. Mr. Walter's previous positions at the company included serving as President of inVentiv Health and as President and CEO of the inVentiv Communications division.
Mr. Walter also served as Chairman and CEO of inChord Communications, Inc. prior to its acquisition by inVentiv Health in October 2005. Mr. Walter joined inChord (then known as Gerbig, Snell/Weisheimer & Associates) as an Account Manager in 1994. In 1996, he became a Partner and later purchased the company in 2000. Under his direction, inChord became the largest privately-held healthcare communication company in the world, working with 16 of the world's top 20 healthcare companies and serving clients around the world through a global network with offices in 13 countries.
Prior to joining inChord, Mr. Walter worked as a financial analyst in New York City for Smith Barney in mergers and acquisitions.
He holds a B.S. degree in marketing and finance from Boston College.
Eran Broshy - Chairman

Eran Broshy has over 25 years of management experience within the healthcare industry. Currently Mr. Broshy is senior advisor at Providence Equity Partners LLC, the world's leading private equity firm focused on media, entertainment, communications and information investments with over $22 billion of equity capital under management, and supports the firm’s global healthcare investment efforts.
Mr. Broshy is also chairman of the board of inVentiv Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: VTIV). Mr. Broshy joined inVentiv Health as chief executive officer in June 1999, took the company public in the fall of 1999, and built inVentiv into the leading provider of commercialization and complementary services to the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, growing revenues from $215 million in 2002 to $1.1 billion in 2008. He stepped down as CEO in June 2008 and remains chairman of the board.
Prior to joining inVentiv, Mr. Broshy served as the partner responsible for the healthcare practice of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) across the Americas. During his fourteen-year tenure at BCG, Mr. Broshy consulted widely with senior executives from a number of the major global pharmaceutical manufacturers, managed care organizations, and academic medical centers, and advised on a range of strategic, organizational and operational issues. Mr. Broshy has also served as president and chief executive officer of Coelacanth Corporation, a privately-held biotechnology company.
Mr. Broshy also serves as a director of Magellan Health Services (Nasdaq: MGLN), a specialty healthcare management company, as chairman of ikaSystems, a privately-held provider of web-based technologies for healthcare payers, and on the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s NY Executive Board. Mr. Broshy is a graduate of Harvard University (MBA), Stanford University (MSc), and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (BSc).

A.Clayton Perfall has been a director of the Company since inVentiv’s separation from Snyder Communications, Inc. in September 1999. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Archway Marketing Services, Inc., a provider of outsourced marketing operations management services. From October 2001 through October 2008, Mr. Perfall served as Chief Executive Officer of AHL Services, Inc. Mr. Perfall also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Street Acquisition Corp from July 2006 through September 2008. From September 1996 through September 2000 Mr. Perfall served as Chief Financial Officer of Snyder Communications, Inc. Prior to joining Snyder Communications, Mr. Perfall was a partner within Arthur Andersen LLP.
Per G. H. Lofberg - Director

Mr. Lofberg has been a director of the Company since February 2005. Mr. Lofberg brings over 31 years' pharmaceutical and healthcare industry experience to inVentiv Health. He is currently Chairman and CEO of Generation Health, Inc. From 2000 - 2008, he was President and CEO of Merck Capital Ventures, LLC. From 1993-2000, Mr. Lofberg was Chairman of Merck-Medco Managed Care, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc. and the country's largest provider of prescription drug benefit management services. Under his leadership, Merck-Medco grew from $3 billion to $23 billion in revenues. Mr. Lofberg joined Medco in 1988 as Senior Executive Vice President, a member of the Office of the President and the company's Board of Directors. Before Merck-Medco, Mr. Lofberg was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group and oversaw the firm's worldwide healthcare practice.
Mark Jennings - Director

Mr. Jennings has been a director of the Company since February 2005. Mr. Jennings is Managing Partner and co-founder of Generation Partners, a $325 million private investment firm focused on providing growth capital to companies primarily in the business and information services, communications and healthcare sectors. Prior to founding Generation, Mr. Jennings was a Partner of Centre Partners, a private investment firm affiliated with Lazard Frères & Co. Mr. Jennings began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he advised companies in the areas of financial strategy, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions and leveraged buyouts. Through Generation and predecessor firms, he has invested in more than 50 companies and has served as a director on 19 boards. Mr. Jennings is also The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Post University, Inc., a 115-year-old regionally accredited University.
Terrell Herring - Director

Terrell Herring has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry and is recognized for setting new performance standards for pharmaceutical outsourced services. In his current role as President, he oversees the four major divisions of the company – inVentiv Clinical, inVentiv Commercial, inVentiv Communications and inVentiv Patient Outcomes.
Mr. Herring joined the company in November 1999 and has provided great leadership to the organization in various roles, including: National Business Director, Vice President and General Manager, U. S. Sales, President and COO, inVentiv Pharma Services, President and COO, inVentiv Commercial, and President and CEO, inVentiv Commercial. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of inVentiv Health in 2006 and was named COO of the corporation and CEO of the newly formed Patient Outcomes Group in early 2007.
Prior to joining inVentiv, Mr. Herring was the Senior National Sales Director at Noven Pharmaceuticals and held various sales management, training and development, marketing, and operations positions at both Ciba-Geigy and Solvay Pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Herring graduated magna cum laude from the Citadel, Military College of South Carolina where he earned a B.S. in Biology. Mr. Herring also attended Fairleigh Dickinson and Pacific Western University where he earned his M.B.A. In addition, Mr. Herring has received graduate certificates in Business and International Marketing from Mercer University School of Engineering and Duke University/London Business School.
In March 2007, Mr. Herring published his first book, "Marching Orders For Leadership Success" and was recognized by PharmaVoice as one of the top 100 most inspirational and influential leaders in the life sciences industry. Mr. Herring has also been selected as the first Honoree for the Somerset and Hunterdon Big Brothers Big Sisters fund raising gala for the leadership and support that he has provided to the organization over the past decade.
Craig Saxton, M.D. – Director
Former Executive Vice President of Pfizer's Global Research and Development Division
Dr. Saxton has been a director of the Company since December 2006. Dr. Saxton brings over 41 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development to inVentiv, initially as a clinical investigator and later through more than 25 years with Pfizer Inc. until his retirement in 2001. During his time with Pfizer, Dr. Saxton worked in a variety of positions in both Europe and the USA in the R&D and International commercial divisions.
Throughout the 1990’s he was responsible for Pfizer’s worldwide pre-clinical and clinical development operations, a period in which Pfizer enjoyed it’s most successful growth powered by an unprecedented number of worldwide approvals and launches of new chemical entity pharmaceutical products.
Each of these numerous approved products subsequently achieved peak sales in excess of $750 million dollars, totaling more than $25 billion in annual revenue in recent years.
Dr. Saxton is also Chairman of the Board of Neurogen Inc. and a director of Conjuchem Inc.
